Job Description

Oversee the daily supervision of Direct Services Sales activities, plan and conceptualize targets and objectives for better sales and marketing management in line with management goals, check and sign operational documents like quotations, delivery receipts, service invoices, and gate passes, conduct and schedule customer visits for Gemba Activity as part of HMP's total support to customers, identify target customers, organize the sales group, create a sales activity plan, and lead the selling process according to plan, meet monthly sales quotas as per the budget set by top management, generate and present accurate reports during sales meetings, supervise the entire Service Sales group and perform performance evaluations during appraisal periods, monitor service jobs to ensure repairs are properly billed on time, handle customer complaints, make decisions to address problems encountered in day-to-day activities, and perform other tasks assigned by the service manager.
