Job Description

A) Sets key objectives to be achieved by the section and establishes detailed business and target.
b) Keep track of the status of all projects in his/her section by setting a monitoring scheme to achieve timely execution of projects.
c) Ensure projects are prioritized according to the needs of the company and the end customers.
d) Review Validation Protocol and Results.
e) Review results of Risk Management and Post Production Protocols and Results.
f) Ensures that ISO, 5S, Safety, and GMP are observed by his/her section.
g) Performs other jobs that may be assigned by immediate superior.
h) Develop a procedure to standardize the work that must be done uniformly to achieve the business plan.
i) Coordinate all projects and delegate the work to subordinates and entrust responsibilities and authority.

a) Bachelor of Science in Engineering Graduate preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical, preferably licensed
b) With at least eight years of equivalent experience in a manufacturing set-up
c) With strong knowledge and experience using analytical and problem-solving techniques for data analysis
d) With strong knowledge in the interpretation and application of machine drawings and their supporting documents
e) Proficient in computer skills and AutoCAD or Solidworks
f) Excellent decision-making skills, strong leadership, and communication proficiency

Working Schedule: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (AS PER COMPANY CALENDAR, SELECTED SATURDAYS OFF) 8:00～17:00
