Job Description

- Oversees overall production activities from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with QCDSME.
- Monitor KPIs and drive cross-functional teams towards the achievement of section goals.
- Knowledgeable in streamlining and/or lean manufacturing.
- Promotes 5s and Kaizen culture, minimizing operation losses.
- Creates section annual plan and budget, strategically plans future expansion and profit improvement.

- Graduate of any Engineering course,
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as Manager
- Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Production,
- Must know Manufacturing and Engineering principles,
- Possess a passion for excellence and teamwork,
- With good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
