Job Description
-With at least 2 years solid experience in IT Recruitment
-Handled and processed NICHE IT roles like Fullstack developer, Java Developer, Software Engr. Business Mgr, Service Delivery mgr etc. with the following skills: java, c#, mongo db, react js and the like.
-With experience working in vendor recruiment agencies like Collabera, Yondu, or IT recruitment - IBM, Accenture etc.
-NO TO JOB HOPPER (with less than 1 year of employment)
-AVAILABILITY: ASAP
-Willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day wfh from 8:30-6:00pm
-WITH GOOD WORK ATTITUDE
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various IT positions within an organization.
2. With a deep understanding of technology, the ability to assess candidates’ technical skills, and the capability to communicate effectively with both hiring managers and potential candidates.
3. Acts as a bridge between the company and the talent pool, ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right people to meet its technological needs.
