Job Description
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT talent, including utilizing various platforms and networking opportunities.
Conduct thorough technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future openings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in IT recruitment, specifically handling niche IT roles (e.g., Fullstack Developer, Java Developer, Software Engineer, Business Manager, Service Delivery Manager).
Proven experience recruiting for technical skills such as Java, C#, MongoDB, React.js, and similar technologies.
Experience working in vendor recruitment agencies (e.g., Collabera, Yondu) or IT recruitment departments of large companies (e.g., IBM, Accenture) is highly preferred.
Must be willing to work 4 days onsite and 1 day work-from-home (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM).
