Key Accounts Supervisor (For Pooling)

The Key Accounts Supervisor is part of the Modern Trade Team and directly reports to the Key Accounts Team Manager. The Key Accounts Supervisor is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, overseeing account teams, assisting in developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
• Supports in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for all communications and inquiries.
• Supports account teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and projects.
• Helps in implementing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Monitors and helps in analyzing campaign performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Ensures all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets client expectations.
• Presents campaign results and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

Job Requirements
