Job Description
Job Location: Sampaloc, Manila
Salary Range: To be discussed during the interview
Work Schedule: Standard office hours
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Office Administration, or equivalent
- Ability to assist the CTO/Project Implementation and Technical Head effectively
- Experience in overseeing project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Proficiency in monitoring project progress, materials, and manpower
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and provide updates
- Expertise in preparing project documentation, including DED, completion, as-built reports, schedules, and budgets
- Familiarity with preparing government bid compliance documents
