Position: Loans Operations Associate

Salary: Php 90,000 – Php 95,000

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial or any related course.
with loan/ credit or without loan experience
With at least 2-3 years of experience in General Accounting
With US GAAP or IFRS experience.
With Fund accounting experience is a big plus

Job Responsibilities:
Partner with our managed service provider to coordinate syndicated bank loan and revolver closings internally; IP’s sign off on economics, treasury confirming liquidity, etc.
Review daily cash and position reconciliations related to bank loans; research discrepancies and determine course of action for resolution
Assist with lifecycle management to ensure books and records tie out with the agents; pay downs, re-rates, PIKs and cash interest.
Assist with security master and trade capture of bank loans.
Responsible for weekly reporting to the IPs on open settlements.
