JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Prints Shopee and TMS Online sales orders per client.
*Check and encodes details of sales orders and supplies requisition.
*Prepares daily Shopee order Ship Summary Report for Warehouse monitoring.
*Print Picking Slips of processed documents and forwards to Warehouse Personnel.
*Prepare Sales Invoices of confirmed Picking Slips.
*Prepare Packing Slips of invoiced orders for Warehouse personnel to initiate packing of items.
*Prepares and prints waybill and label stickers for Shopee orders.
*Coordinates with superior on cases of out of stock items that were ordered through Shopee and TMS online shop.
*Coordinates with Digital Marketing Specialist for any concerns regarding client’s orders.
*Daily updates of TMS online monitoring.
*Updates OSUS for TMS online sales.
*Filing of Sales Orders, Picking Slips and other related documents.
*Monitors TMS order online via OSUS.
*Coordinates with Warehouse department for online and Shopee’s cancelled orders.
*Daily updates backorder and out of stock daily for Shopee and TMS online orders.
*Answers Sales inquiries of any TMS Online and Shopee orders.
*Coordinates with clients on their deliveries, if necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
*College Graduate of any course.
*Ability to type quickly and accurately.
*Proficiency in MS Office.
*Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
*Strong organizational skills.
*Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
*Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
*Effective verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
*Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
*Willing to render overtime.
*Living in Pasig or nearby areas.
*Willing to work in PASIG CITY.
*Willing to work ASAP.
