Job Description

Job Brief: Responsible for overseeing the company’s online sales and digital retail operations. This role ensures smooth online transactions, manages e-commerce platforms, optimizes sales strategies, and enhances the overall customer experience. The E-Commerce Supervisor also coordinates with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to drive growth and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
Ensure all product listings, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and updated.
Monitor online transactions, order processing, and fulfillment efficiency.
Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase online revenue.
Monitor and analyze E-commerce performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and ROI on digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, logistics, and IT, to ensure smooth e-commerce processes.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and return requests efficiently.
Monitor and improve customer reviews, ratings, and feedback on e-commerce platforms.
Implement digital marketing initiatives, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and sales.
Track and analyze e-commerce sales performance, trends, and customer behaviors.
Ensure e-commerce operations comply with platform policies and legal requirements.
Monitor and prevent fraudulent transactions and unauthorized access to e-commerce platforms.
Work with IT to maintain platform security and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital sales, or online marketplace management.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee).
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
