Job Description

As part of the CFO & Enterprise Value team, you'll collaborate with finance organizations to implement strategies focused on digital transformation, advanced operating models, and best-in-class financial practices.

Key Responsibilities
System Integration Expertise:
Leverage extensive knowledge of ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) to deliver insightful recommendations based on in-depth analysis and industry experience.
Lead and contribute to system integration projects, ensuring seamless interoperability and robust module connectivity across various ERP components.
Project Leadership:
Lead the delivery of Finance module projects, managing application design, blueprinting, solutioning, modeling, and proof-of-concept development.
Collaborate across finance modules, ensuring effective integration during all design and implementation phases.
Client Engagement:
Drive client interactions, facilitating workshops, presenting strategic solutions, and participating in steering committee discussions and executive reviews.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously enhance ERP implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to optimize ERP processes, implementing enhancements that drive operational effectiveness and scalability.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Lead solution design and implementation efforts, ensuring deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
Assess project requirements and develop tailored solutions, offering strategic insights and ensuring successful finance transformation initiatives.
