Job Description

Key Responsibilities
System Integration Expertise:
Leverage deep knowledge of ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) to provide insightful, actionable recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Lead and contribute to system integration projects, ensuring seamless interoperability and robust module integration.
Project Leadership:
Drive end-to-end project delivery for the Finance module, overseeing system design, blueprinting, solutioning, modeling, and proof-of-concept development.
Collaborate across modules during design and implementation phases, ensuring cohesive integration with relevant ERP components.
Client Engagement:
Lead client interactions, facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and participating in steering committee discussions and management reviews.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, prioritizing client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
Drive the evolution of methodology, tools, and best practices related to ERP implementations.
Identify and implement enhancements in ERP processes, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and best practices adherence.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Lead the solution design and implementation process, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables within budget constraints.
Contribute to various aspects of finance transformation projects, offering strategic insights and delivering optimal, scalable solutions.
