The Practice – A Brief Overview
Our Healthcare Consulting practice supports clients through:
- Business and IT transformation initiatives across healthcare organizations.
- Collaborating with clients to assess needs, define roadmaps, and implement end-to-end transformation strategies.
- Delivering system integration, process automation, and digital transformation solutions.
- Ensuring cross-functional alignment, facilitating communication among internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Must Have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with 2+ years of experience in healthcare transformation (US or global healthcare providers and payers).
- Knowledge of business transformation initiatives, system integration, and technology-driven projects.
- Hands-on experience with health IT systems, including leading EMRs like Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar.
- Proficiency in health data interoperability standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and V2 messaging protocols.
- Familiarity with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Rally) and practices like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
