About the Role:
Are you passionate about leveraging data and technology to drive process improvements? We are looking for a Process Mining Consultant to help businesses optimize their operations using cutting-edge process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath, and SAP Signavio.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes using process mining tools to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implement process mining solutions and provide insights to optimize workflows
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize process inefficiencies
- Provide recommendations for process automation and continuous improvement
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, IT, or related field
- Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus
- Experience in process optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, or automation is a bonus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
