Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Change Management Consultant to lead and support organizational change initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop strategies, implement best practices, and ensure smooth transitions during business transformations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and frameworks
- Assess organizational readiness and impact of changes
- Provide training, coaching, and support to teams during transitions
- Collaborate with leadership to drive adoption and minimize resistance
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to optimize success
- Communicate change initiatives effectively across all levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in change management, consulting, or organizational development
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Model)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
