Job Description
Practice: CFO & Enterprise Value | Areas of Work: EPM, Planning & Analytics
Level: Analyst | Experience: 2-4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting initiatives.
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and process design tools to optimize finance functions.
- Assist in digital finance transformation projects, leveraging EPM solutions.
- Develop financial models, KPI tracking tools, and enterprise analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to implement planning and reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan).
- Participate in business development initiatives, supporting internal and external networks.
- Ensure seamless execution across Plan, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy phases.
Your Skills & Expertise
- Strong background in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Analysis.
- Experience with planning tool implementations (Anaplan or similar platforms).
- Exposure to Digital Finance, KPI Identification, and Financial Reporting.
- Knowledge of AI/ML or Data Science applications in FP&A processes.
- Hands-on involvement in Finance Transformation projects.
- At least 3 full lifecycle implementations in planning tool deployments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, analytical skills, and business acumen.
