Job Description

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Administer employee benefits and coordinate with relevant providers
Maintain and update employee records and HR-related documentation
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Contribute to the development and review of HR-related policies and procedures
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
