Job Description

The Sr. Business Intelligence Supervisor (SBIS) is an integral position in support of the functional and operational requirements of the Business Intelligence and Commercial Services Group (BICS). This role provides analytical support to the commercial team by ensuring decision-ready information is accessible and available. He / she will also orchestrate the consolidation of executive dashboards behind key strategic activities of the commercial team. The SBIS is organized, knowledgeable and proficient with data management tools for the purpose of data generation and analysis. Furthermore, he/she will liaise across cross-functional groups related to sales reports, sales dashboard maintenance and target setting.

Accountability:
Supports the Commercial Team by attending to functional and operational tasks.

1. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Analytical Reports:
Generation and analysis of Sales Reports and maintenance of commercial dashboards such as Sales
Indices, UBA of gen trade & offtake data
Organization and analysis of Syndicated reports such as Nielsen and Robinsons SPA
Consolidation of sales forecast per channel
Breakdown and distribution of sales targets for Sales BUs, including new businesses (eg. M&A, Principals)
Strategic Activity Dashboards for top-level and commercial team updates (eg. NPI Progress Tracking based on sales and financial metrics)
Resource person for other business-related sales reviews (eg. SLM, Conferences, Account BR, etc)

Technical Support:
Deployment of BI Tools (eg. DMS, Cube, MASL)
Training and facilitation of BI tools to internal and external stakeholders

2.OPERATIONAL BACK-END SUPPORT

Strategic Projects and Corporate Activities
A. Process mapping & improvement of BI workflow
Liaison between BSSD, ICT, and other involved departments in various BI-related projects
B. Supporting committee for company-wide commercial events
Co-manage the secretariat team in support of various administrative requirements during the National Sales Conference, Distributor Convention, Channel Conference as well as other related corporate events

Qualifications:
Graduate of Computer Science or any related course.
With 2-3 years of experience in the same capacity, preferably obtained from the FMCG or related industries.
Required Skills: Highly proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, vlookup, basic formulas), Data Management, Time Management, and Process Mapping
Can manage traveling to and from FACC, Pasay, and business-related engagements
High potential, analytical, and trainable
Has a thorough understanding of data entry methods, equipment, and procedures.
Strategic in the approach to data gathering, organization, and management.
Being very strong in collaboration and coordination, with minimal intervention from line manager
