Job Description
- College Graduate with Diploma in Psychology or any related course
- With at least 1 year experience in handling employee concerns.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Labor Law
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Willing to work in Jupiter Makati City
- Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Will handle different concerns of the member-employees
- Handling DOLE and admin hearing.
- Will facilitate in all HR initiated programs to evaluate the performance of the newly hired member-employee
- Writing memo, NTE, etc when necessary.
- Preparing Certificate of Employment
- Other task that may be assign
