Job Description

WE'RE HIRING: SENIOR MARKETING OFFICER – E-COMMERCE

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies for an online platform.
- Collaborate with suppliers, design, engineering, and operations teams to enhance product offerings.
- Research market trends and analyze customer behavior to optimize product selection.
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all touchpoints.
- Enhance the customer experience through UX/UI improvements.
- Oversee the design, pricing, and promotion of products to maximize conversions.
- Monitor sales performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain product availability.
- Optimize product pages, descriptions, and images for better engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, or a related role.
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.

Job Details:
Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 50,000
Location: Santolan, Pasig City
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Saturday work only as needed)
