Job Description
• Energetic, dynamic and professional in actions.
• Proficient in English and Tagalog
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position, managing 50 personnel, preferably from insurance or the same business (beauty and cosmetics, herbal)
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate team members and communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
• Experience in team management on system, good anaylsis thinking and figure oriented to evaluate
• Familiarity with start-up environment and excellent reportorial skills are preferred.
