Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:

Provide personalized support for customers’ banking, insurance, or financial product needs.
Address customer inquiries regarding account balances, transactions, fees, and other financial services.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and efficiently, escalating more complex issues to management if necessary.
Account Management:

Help customers with opening new accounts, managing existing accounts, and closing accounts.
Assist in processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Provide customers with accurate information about loan options, interest rates, and payment schedules.
Product Information:

Explain various financial products, services, and terms to customers, helping them make informed decisions about their needs (e.g., credit cards, loans, savings accounts).
Recommend financial products that suit the customer's needs, if applicable.
Customer Education:

Educate customers on banking or financial products, ensuring they understand how to use services efficiently and securely.
Advise customers on managing their accounts, understanding fees, and avoiding financial pitfalls.
Transaction Processing:

Accurately process financial transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and compliance standards are met.
Handle any related administrative tasks, such as updating customer profiles or account records.
Sales Support:

Promote and cross-sell financial products, such as loans, credit cards, or savings accounts, based on customer needs.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth by engaging customers and helping them find appropriate financial solutions.
Compliance & Security:

Follow all internal procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements related to financial transactions and customer privacy.
Ensure all customer information is securely managed in accordance with data protection regulations.
