Job Description

TASQ is looking for an IT Manager in Clark, Pamapanga to work ASAP. Please keep your line open because the screening interview is done over the phone.

What we’re looking for:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 7 - 10 years in IT networking and Systems
Management Experience: Demonstrated experience as a people manager, leading technical teams
Certifications:
CISCO Certified (CCNA or CCNP) Preferred
Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco devices (routers, firewalls – FTD or CP, and switches)
Technical Expertise: Proven track record in network administration and systems/database management
Project Management: Experience overseeing and defining timelines for major IT projects, with a focus on identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance and update software and systems
Availability: Willingness to work in shifting schedules and onsite supporting US Business Hours

General Responsibility:

Data Management: Consolidate and analyze service-specific data to drive improvements
SLA Compliance: Actively participate in service level agreement (SLA) compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to service delivery plans, service continuity, and capacity management
Service Level Management: Handle service level management and reporting, ensuring services meet agreed quality standards
Information Security: Ensure compliance with information security protocols and policies
Asset Management: Uphold compliance with the IT asset management policy, monitoring and managing IT assets effectively
Audit Participation: Participate in audits and assessments to facilitate smooth IT service functioning and support organizational initiatives
Customer Support: Ensure efficient IT service support for customers, adhering to prescribed guidelines and best practices to promote satisfaction
