Position: Chat Support Representative

Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 (Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENT:
✨Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
✨At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
✨Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
✨Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
✨Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨First point of contact for customers in online platforms
✨Resolve customers inquiries properly and timely
✨Escalating to a suitable specialist banker or group of professionals to provide a prompt and precise resolution, if required
✨Become the brand ambassador of the company
✨Other task as assigned
