Job Description

Position: Customer Service Representative
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 (Negotiable)
Training: On Site Work Set-up
After the Training: Hybrid Work Set-Up

JOB REQUIREMENT:
Open for Non-Bachelors Degree
At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
First point of contact for customers in online platforms
Resolve customers inquiries properly and timely
Escalating to a suitable specialist banker or group of professionals to provide a prompt and precise resolution, if required
Become the brand ambassador of the company
Other task as assigned
