Job Description
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or a related field.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate across departments. Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex datasets, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions.
-Proven expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain processes, preferably in a distribution or FMCG environment.
-Strong analytical skills with proficiency in demand planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, or advanced Excel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and inventory levels to accurately forecast product demand and support the
company's distribution goals.
2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to create and maintain demand plans that align with business
objectives.
3. Monitor inventory performance, identify gaps, and proactively recommend adjustments to minimize stock-outs or excess
inventory to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability.
4. Provide actionable insights and generate regular reports to support decision-making and improve forecasting accuracy
