Job Description
• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools,
applications, servers, email and directory systems, laptops, desktops, software,
and hardware
• Office and branch IT support such as local networks, workstation/laptop
management and troubleshooting, CCTV monitoring, etc.
• L1 collation, analysis and reporting of customer IT concerns, issues, and
complaints raised by CS
• Office and branch IT security measures in coordination with InfoSec team
• Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support
when needed
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Computer Science, or related IT courses
• At least five (5) years in IT Support role
• Broad experience in diagnosing and resolving laptop/workstation issues such as
OS upgrades and patches
• Experience with managing and installation laptop/workstation of OS, approved
software, applications, and tools
• Experience with managing email systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft
365, etc.
• Experience in office network topology
• Experience in InfoSec practices and industry standards (ISOs) in office
laptop/workstation implementations
