Customer Service Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, chat or social media.
2. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide information about promos and services.
4. Take reservations details and oversee delivery and payment.
5. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
6. Collect feedback from customers are respond to reviews.
7. Create content to help customers.
8. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
9. Handle customer complaints and escalated inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Provide information about hotels and services, and recommend products that fit customers' needs.
11. Document customer interactions and follow up with customers to see how solutions worked.
12. Direct customers to the appropriate resources.

14. Respond quickly to all customer feedback.
15. Handle 3 properties VS Hotel, Victoria Sports and Victoria Skin.
16. Can do flexible work, such as reservations, chat support and answering the phone.
17. Acknowleding and resolving customer complaints.
18. Clear communication, active listening and persuasive speaking skills.
19. The ability to remain patient/
20. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, or any related field.
2. At least one to two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
3. Fluent in English or the language of the account.
4. Listen to customers an understand their needs.
5. Must be able to communicate clearlt both verbally and in writing.
6. Must be a confident speaker.
