Requirements:
Assist with the development and execution of catering sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Respond to inbound inquiries (email, phone, social media) and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads. • Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and contracts using CRM tools.
• Prepare and present customized proposals based on client needs and event specifications.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
• Attend tastings, venue visits, and client meetings as needed.
• Stay updated on food trends, competitor offerings, and market insights to better position our services.
• Provide post-event follow-up and maintain relationships for repeat business.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at industry events and networking opportunities.
