Job Description
TECHNICAL ADMIN STAFF
A. Primary Responsibilities
• Provide daily updates to the Technical Services Manager/Supervisor.
• Provide assistance to the day-to-day functions of the Technical Services Manager/Supervisor.
• Promptly answering the questions of staff and clients.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with customers/clients.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Compile reports and distribute them to relevant departments.
• Process billings and liquidations
• Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, vendors, merchants, and contractors.
• Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
• Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
• Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
• Performs other administrative tasks as required by the immediate superior or by the company management.
B. Qualifications
• Graduate of any course.
• Experience in a business work environment preferred.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• An eye for attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information.
• Ability to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every day
- Salary:
