Job Description

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and safeguarding digital assets? As an Information Security Analyst I, you will play a critical role in monitoring security threats, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures while working in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents and potential threats.
Implement security policies and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
Work with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, including AWS, Genesys, and Citrix.
Manage and support CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Office 365.
Assist in security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability management.
Provide recommendations to strengthen security posture and mitigate risks.

Your Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Office 365.
Proficiency in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions, including AWS, Genesys, and Citrix.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a cybersecurity focus.
Ability to assess security risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
