Job Description

This candidate will have no office base as we do not have a Representative Office in Manila. In other words, this is remote work and reporting to the Malaysia General Manager.
JOB PURPOSE:
I. Sales & marketing of Pyrotec Fire Resistant Cable and MMC Structured Cabling System in Thailand
II. Develop a business plan and marketing strategy for targeted markets to ensure the attainment of company goals
Primary Duties:
1) Responsible for the monthly forecast of sales invoices (revenue) and new purchase orders (PO) in line with annual sales targets and KPI target settings.
2) Explore new market segments and identify potential distributors/business partners for expansion.
3) Plan and organize advertising & promotion activities to uplift brand reputation.
4) Keep track and follow up on potential project status (with required & relevant data) and update project pipeline for reporting and submission to immediate superior.
5) Constantly keep immediate superior posted on project follow-up status, highlight challenges & opportunities, and keep track of new and potential projects as well as market trends & competitors' movement in the market.
6) Work closely with M&E consultants & project owners and specify Pyrotec and MMC during the project designing stage.
7) Build and maintain close working relationships and effective communication with M&E consultants, developers/owners, and distributors.
8) Monitor and manage the progress and performance of the distributor. To feed information on projects and ensure the distributor is following up
9) To manage and ensure the distributor has sufficient stock inventory to serve the market.
10) Be proactive in deploying EXACT CRM in daily planning & reporting (inclusive of business calendar for appointments, customer & project input)
11) To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposals where possible.
12) To deliver the result within the value system of EITA.
13) And any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior / HOD / MD.

Min Qualification: Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
Min Years of Experience:
2-3 years (minimum) as Country Manager
Power Products, Low Voltage Electrical products, and Extra Low Voltage products
Preferred skills & Experience:
1) Possess good communication and relationship-building skills to develop a customer base and ability to influence the decision maker.
2) Good proficiency in the English language
3) Strong Network in the M&E industry especially consultants and designers.

Preferably from the same product line/industry in PH

Experience in sales & marketing of Pyrotec Fire Resistant Cable and MMC Structured Cabling System

Experience in Developing business plans and marketing strategies for targeted markets

With a valid Driver's license and personal vehicle

Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
