Cloud Technical Director

Duties and Responsibilities

Delivery technical management: Develop delivery solutions for CLOUD Stack and VDI solutions and review the deliverability. Be responsible for technical management of engineering delivery as a technical expert or technical chief, solve technical problems of various products in the project, and ensure smooth implementation and delivery of the project;
Technical management and O&M management: Develop service capabilities and manage personnel for CLOUD Stack and VDI products and solutions. Identify key networks in the industry, develop maintenance strategies, and lead team members to solve major maintenance problems to ensure network stability and customer satisfaction.
Continuous operation: Cooperate with government and enterprise departments to build CLOUD Stack and VDI delivery and service capabilities, guide and support customers to deploy and make good use of cloud services, and help customers achieve successful digital transformation.
Partner enablement management: Complete capability introduction and delivery enablement for field offices and channel partners, support channel partner delivery, enable partners to provide consistent services for industry customers, and build delivery cost competitiveness.
Capability incubation: Manage the delivery of advanced cloud services (such as databases, big data and data management, etc.) and support the delivery of key projects based on the market pace.

Job Qualifications

Have experience in on-premises project delivery, network operation and maintenance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Have certain project management and knowledge management capabilities.
Strong ability to analyze and solve problems and strong sense of responsibility
Have work experience in telecom carrier, government or finance industries.
Must master server, virtualization, data center network, and SDN technologies and have project experience.
Knowledge of containers, databases, big data, and desktop cloud is preferred.
