Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
• Handle transactions, process payments, and manage sales records.
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (New curriculum)
• With or Without Customer Service Experience
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and workforce optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Are willing to work on site
