Job Description

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years old and above
• At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or SHS graduate
• With 6 months to 1 year of call center experience (varies per role)
• Plus factor: Experience in sales, technical support, or a medical background (not required but preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila (Makati, Quezon City, Taguig, Pasig, EDSA)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally and efficiently
• Provide technical support, sales assistance, or medical-related support based on the account assigned
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and solutions
• Process transactions, document customer interactions, and maintain data integrity
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics
