Japanese Project Control Services Practitioner

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Control Services Practitioner to support projects in our Technology Delivery Centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing project management office (PMO) activities, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones and reporting on the execution of deliverables. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying trends, risks, and providing solutions to drive successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform independently and develop subject matter expertise (SME) in project control services.
Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to decision-making processes.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to stakeholders.
Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and other project management documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Expert proficiency in Program Control Services.
Proficiency in the Japanese language (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Experience with project tracking and reporting tools.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Program Control Services.

This position is based in our Manila office.
