Job Description

Job Purpose:
Overall Point-of-Contact in all matters related to the company’s IT Infrastructure, specifically Network & Desktop Support, Microsoft Office 365 Management & Support, One Drive, Teams, Azure. This position also plays an important role in championing IT and Data Security measures and IT compliance measures.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Network Support - Managing the companies Microsoft Office 365 network including one drive and azure. Adding and deleting users and managing role based security settings.
• Desktop Support - Providing online support to our staff using Anydesk. Issues will be reported through Zendesk and will then need to be resolved via email, message, phone and anydesk.
• One Drive - Managing and improving the structure of the Companies One Drive storage.
• Teams - The Company is looking to implement Teams as it standard form of messaging and holding video calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing this project.
• VoIP - Managing the Companies Internet Based Phone systems.
• CRM - A working knowledge of CRM systems would be useful but not essential.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, Network & Desktop Support.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, including Azure, OneDrive, Teams, and security management.
• Experience providing remote desktop support using AnyDesk and managing support tickets via Zendesk.
• Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and CRM platforms (preferred but not essential).
• Must be amenable to onsite work and capable of leading IT security & compliance initiatives.
Salary:
₱60,000.00 Monthly
