Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze historical data, trends, and business requirements to forecast staffing needs.
• Develop capacity plans to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Create workforce scheduling strategies to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor real-time adherence (RTA) and provide proactive recommendations to optimize staffing.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workforce efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Implement best practices in workforce management tools and methodologies.
• Support automation initiatives to improve workforce planning and reporting.
Qualifications:
• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)
• At least 2 – 4 years of Customer Service Experience
• Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and workforce optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Are willing to work on site
