Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align project objectives with business goals and priorities.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Required Skills:
Proven experience (10+ years) in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
