Job Description
- Secures Preventive Maintenance Contracts for expiring warranty units.
- Reviews and approves discounts not exceeding 10% services and supply of parts and consumables. Approval level does not apply to special rates, ie consignment contracts, special agreements, preventive maintenance contracts.
- Executes coverage of untapped accounts by Service Advisors
- Regularly reviews account sales performance (geographical coverage and product basket coverage) and ensures subscription/upselling of products/services for assigned area.
- Assists concerns of Service Advisors on Critical Accounts
- Prospects and develops new service accounts
- Reviews and ensures that there is no long interval in the turnaround of quotations, evaluations and post billing works in assigned area.
- Reviews and approves dispatching with Shop Supervisor, Service Advisor and Service Coordinator
- Reviews and ensures incident reports are submitted within a week of occurrence for claiming to factory or charging of liability
- Salary:
