Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and customer follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product or service information.
Support sales-related activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
