Job Description
-Supervise and lead a team of nurses or healthcare professionals, ensuring they meet performance standards.
-Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
-Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering professional development.
-Ensure compliance with organizational policies, protocols, and healthcare regulations.
-Act as a liaison between management and the team, ensuring clear communication of expectations and updates.
Required Skills:
-PHRN license with strong healthcare background and clinical hospital experience
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with premier offshore provider of healthcare outsourcing services
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
