Job Description

Job Title: Infrastructure Support Engineer
Location: Makati
Setup: Full-onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8 am to 6 pm

Non-negotiable qualifications:
Bachelor's graduate of any Computer-related course
With at least 1 year as a Network/Service Engineer and 3 years of technical experience
Experience in the implementation of networks and servers is required (Hands-on deployment of network routers and switches)
Experience with Network devices: Cisco, Aruba, Huawei
Excellent communication skills with strong customer service orientation
Flexible to do fieldwork, 24/7 support, OTs, and work during weekends and holidays.
