Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
-Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
-Follow call scripts and company protocols for handling different situations.
-Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
-Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
-Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Qualifications:
-At least 6 months of BPO experience OR open to fresh graduates with strong communication skills.
-Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
-Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
-Willing to work onsite in Cubao.
