Job Description
Responsibilities and requirements
Must be college grad or vocational grad with NCII in Machine Maintenance, residents in Las Pinas, willing to report and can start immediately
2 yrs experience in Repairs: Fix equipment, plumbing, heating, wiring, and other systems
Inspections: Conduct routine inspections of buildings to ensure safety standards
Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance procedures to keep equipment in good working order
Scheduling: Schedule major repairs with building occupants
Communication: Liaise with external specialists and contractors
Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines, protocols, and systems
