Job Description

Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems.
Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing, electrical, and any for repair.
Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
Repair and replace faulty components in machinery, furniture, and infrastructure.
Ensure safety regulations and compliance with building codes.
Maintain records of maintenance work, repairs, and inspections.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
