Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
● Teach students the necessary skills to be a General Virtual Assistant
● Provide guidance in completing projects.
● Prepare and update learning materials for the course
● Conduct classes online, Monitor, and Report students' progress in the program
● Reporting recurrent technical difficulties and other notable incidents to the appropriate staff.
● Attend staff meetings as required.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, or any related field.
● At least 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant
● Proven teaching experience, ideally in a similar setting.
● Outstanding communication skills with the ability to establish good rapport with students.
● Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management software.
● Knowledge of social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.
Must have:
Personal computer with a built-in or separate webcam.
Quick and steady internet connection.
A well-lit, distraction-free environment from which to conduct your lessons.
Comfortable conducting online classes via Zoom
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
