Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

Xtendops' is seeking a talented and customer-focused Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking clients, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive brand experience.

What you'll be doing

Handle inbound calls and emails from Spanish-speaking customers to address their questions, concerns, and issues
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to customer problems in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
What we're looking for

Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a bilingual environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and maintain a positive attitude
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
Must be willing to relocate to Cebu City
