Job Description
*Qualifications:*
*1. Educational Requirements:*
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Certifications related to vehicle maintenance or fleet management are a plus (e.g., ASE certifications, or local certifications from TESDA).
*2. Experience:*
At least 3–5 years of experience in fleet maintenance or automotive repair.
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
*3. Skills:*
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of vehicle repair, maintenance processes, and automotive technology.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in using fleet management software or tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*4. Personal Attributes:*
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
*5. Other:*
A valid driver’s license (with an excellent driving record).
Familiarity with local regulations and laws governing transportation and fleet management in the Philippines.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
