Job Description

Job Title: Technical Engineer
Department: Engineering / Field Service
Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000/month
Job Location: Makati
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities:
Educational Requirements: Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a license

Experience & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical or field service role
- Trainable with strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to solve problems with multiple variables and standardized situations

Other Qualifications:
- Must have a valid and updated driver’s license and the ability to drive
- Must be a team player

Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive and corrective field mechanical service on compressor units
- Submit accurate daily maintenance/service work orders, expense reports, quotations, timesheets/OT, and other necessary paperwork
- Diagnose compressor failures accurately and efficiently
- Perform commissioning and test runs
- Respond to recurring problems and provide emergency services when needed
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service during all tasks
- Train and assist technicians with assigned tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
